"The Miami Hurricanes have announced their first three preseason practices beginning on Friday night at the Greentree Practice Fields.

The first practice will be held at 7 p.m., which is closed to the public and will have a media viewing period.

The Hurricanes will also practice on Saturday night and Sunday evening, also at Greentree, as they prepare for their Aug. 24 season opener against Florida.

Miami also announced its annual media day will take place on Aug. 13."

prolly cause the game is at night and also the heat. think McFly, think.

I like it. I think Manny will practice at night whenever he can to simulate the build up/time they will be playing on game days.

Yup. About f---ing time we started practicing at the same time as the games are played instead of at 6am. I would never have gone to the school I did if they made us practice at 6am, and I sure as heck wouldn't have learned a **** thing in practice that early in the morning either.

That never made any sense, practicing early in the morning.
