Fire the **** out of Coley

Future quarterback coach unless he steps it up now that Golden is gone.

His 3rd down conversion rate and red zone td % is too low. We have ballers on our offense and he struggles in these vital situations.

He will want back in at FSU after the season ( coley ) he just likes Miami because he is from the area and a half a mill salary

keeping coley is not the end of the world, assuming you have a quality HC

I am curious to ask, who would be our Qb, starting Rb, and best Wr without coley. He found Kaaya, he got yearby, and he got coley, without him, we lose all. Not going to say Coley is good or bad as an OC, but we do lead the country in TD called by due to holding calls on the Line. Kaaya spends more time getting hit than looking for a target. Football games are won on the line respectably, and our OLine is a drive killing, touchdown erasing embarrassment. Kehoe is the main problem on this line. Ask anyone near the program, Kehoe is lazy, doesn't recruit, and he refuses to learn new things. He is stuck in the past and the game has definitely passed him by. By no means am I saying Coley should be the OC, but he also hasn't had the ability to freely call an entire game. There was a lot of micromanaging in the past.

Holy **** if this ****ing bozo is retained.

Let's hope that the offense looks extra inept and Coley gets canned.

Just when I thought I could enjoy rooting for a ****ty team again. Thanks Pete.

If Herman got the job it would be smart to keep Coley for recruiting purposes since Herman calls his own offense. that would make Coley more like a high paid QB coach/recruiting coordinator. But that basically only goes for Herman.

That would be a step back fo Coley. Never keep a guy around whose wings have been clipped. Bad management.

that was his role at fsu basically, just substitute QB with TE

Perhaps if he didn't have Yearby tied to his hip, we would have gotten Cook. Those boys didn't want to play at the same school and there is no way they both would have gone to FSU and UF.

Kaaya was a great get, but who are some of his other great QB finds? Rosier hasn't looked too hot so far. I think Coley is pretty good, but he hasn't been good enough. Kind of average. I just don't thinking he has the winning game plan every game. I would let this season play out (without Golden) before shipping him off.

Disagree with Kehoe. For an OL coach, the game can't really pass him by. I would prefer to have an older experienced line coach vs. a young guy. Kehoe's lineman have been getting drafted consistently. Compare this position group vs any other since he was rehired. This year his position group is weak on paper and on the field. Not sure if that warrants being fired.

Retaining anyone on this incompetent clown show of a staff is laughable.

All of their careers have black eyes. Anyone worth an ounce of diaharrea, and even some who aren't, got out before this dumpster went up in flames.

If we hire an Offense-first, Xs and Os type Head Coach, Coley would find himself in a situation similar to FSU where Jimbo retained control of the Offense. If he accepts that kind of arrangement again, in my mind it would be good for his career, but it would definitely stunt his ambitions for growth.

Coley is easily the worst OC that we've had, he makes Patrick Nix look like an X's and O's wizard.

I'm not sure this was ever cleared up: who was responsible for the team going into its shell like a turtle in the 2nd half of last year's Florida State game at Sun Life? Coley or Golden?

Most high school coaches that I have heard from find Kehoe and his coaching style outdated. He has lost his drive and passion to recruit and demand perfection. Mental errors are very much on the coach. But maybe without Golden the entire team will be more focused.
