Fire Mario ….. then what?!

And that's the problem. Why is he not a good fit here? Because he has an innovative offense that knows how to move the ball and can the defense in a bind?

Everyone wants to move forward .. but between the hit of the buy out and recruiting… it will set us back atleast another 5 years … and the next guy might not even be the right guy!! We spinning our wheels here !
 
Continuing to scapegoat coordinators isn't the answer. Not as long as the person hiring them stays in place. I know Mario isn't going anywhere for the foreseeable future. But when was the last time one of his Miami hires has left to a promotion elsewhere (i.e. position coach or coordinator)? I'm having a difficult time remembering in the aftermath gloom of today.

No doubt that giving Mongo his 6th coordinator in 5 years will do the trick...

Plenty of choices for head coaches. In the NIL era you just need a smart head coach and a commitment to the NIL. Thats it! The only redeeming quality that Mario had was his recruiting and that has become much less of a factor in this new landscape. His lack of intelligence currently outweighs his recruiting capabilities

At this point it’s to be expected!!! I don’t care for Mario one bit but looking around ain’t **** out there ! Lane is the shining award right now and not that long ago he was putting in job applications at high schools ! He a fraud too

I believe Lashlee was the last coordinator that left and went somewhere......hope it works out for him. Seemed like a decent coach....

Sure, If the money dries up (which is ****ed up if it does and a separate conversation). If the same resource are poured in we will do as well if not better recruiting and definitely on the field

And the last part is where we part ways. Mario gets money no other coach would. We may hire a better coach but the resources would not even close to the same. Then what, cause without a top roster no matter the coaching you’re not winning the playoff. I can see it now. We hire some super X’s and O’s Coach and we can win the acc but get beaten every year in the playoffs. How long will the villagers be content with that?!! Not very long at all I’d bet.

We are going to have to come to the realization that Mario is a fraud. I am tired of all his bs quotes from posters that he gets from his dentist office. HOW ABOUT YOU FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET BETTER OR MAYBE FIRE YOURSELF LIKE YOU DID EVERYONE ELSE THAT DIDN'T CUT IT. You have a undiscipline offensive line. I am tired of hearing how great Cristobal and the little midget are at making them so. We have to lead the nation in false starts, and then don't get me started on Anez, trying to be this year's version of Jacolby George with the tough guy act. How about you just dominate your man and get up and go back to the huddle. We do less with more and It's going to be like that until Mario retires.

Mario should build the roster, secure more NIL and get out of the way of everything else in terms of the team. Live and die with the coordinators running their side of the ball
