We played 2 teams whose offenses finished in the top 50 in total offense and two in the top 50 in scoring offense.

**newsflash**, our trash offense finished 51 ranked in scoring offense.

Go ahead and crown him.

If you were happy watching first time starters move the ball on us at will last year then good for y'all. When we play well I'll give him credit, when we don't I'll give him grief. This year I feel like this

Lol when did I crown Richt ? News flash this is a thread about Manny Diaz and his defense , so of course you deflect to talking about the offense for some reason . Lol give it up

Im still a Diaz fan. Kendrick Norton leaving prematurely left a big hole in the middle of the D. Losing a **** good corner in Malik Young due to a career ending injury really hurt the depth chart.

I refuse to over-react due to a loss like this.

It is important to point out that many of the Richt assassins are the same clowns who were demanding Diaz be fired due to him being a terrible coach and horrendous defensive coordinator. They would point to his time at Texas as incontrovertible truth that he has never been successful and will never be successful at Miami. Hmmm, aren't those geniuses saying the same thing about Coach Richt's time at Georgia?

The Herd/Mob/Groupthinkers are ****-bent on burning UM's football program to the ground. And, if successful, it will require a decade or decades to rebuild...if ever!

Here’s the thing, Ernie.

Díaz learned his mistakes from his time at Texas and changed his scheme significantly once he got here.

He’s also continued to make numerous further changes throughout each season.

Richt has not made one tangible change to his offense in 3 years, despite the fact it’s gotten worse season by season.

Coach Richt has had to deal with an offensive, offensive line over the last two years. I don't care what scheme you are running, no offensive line, no chance for success.

Furthermore, the Herd/Mob/Groupthinkers swear that Rosier is the worst QB to ever wear a "U" on the sides of his helmet. And Perry, while at times serviceable, is most probably not the answer, although with the continued coaching of Mark and Jonathan Richt he may improve over this off-season.

So, no offensive line, no quarterback and the Herd/Mob/Groupthinkers call Coach Richt an old man, a terrible coach, hard-headed, dumb, a failure throughout his career and a sundry list of other ignorant slurs.

And the most hilarious part of these clueless claims? One could fit on the head of a sewing needle what the Herd/Mob/Groupthinkers know about the game of college football. Conversely, Mark Richt's knowledge of the game would not fit in the Iron Mountain underground, high-security storage facility.

Please save the claptrap that Coach Richt should have recruited better because after the Herd/Mob/Groupthinkers burnt the program to the ground during the Golden era it was and is clear that recruits, their parents, and high school coaches have not forgotten all of the UM football horror stories courtesy of the Herd/Mob/Groupthinkers.

By the way, instead of responding to my posts, shouldn't you be thinking about the next cute, juvenile messages for the banner planes?
