Blake James is only a part of the problem. If you're wanting to win a national championship in football, then our issues go much higher. We are 7-5, lost to Duke at home, 93rd in total offense, three four game losing streaks, and our AD has yet to have a meaningful conversation with the coach to find out what he plans to do to fix that. Nothing about that suggests UM is serious about contending for a national title. Meaning, if the administration was concerned, they could put pressure on Blake to do something, and that has not happened. Ergo, we're in Coastal contention purgatory for the foreseeable future.
 
Blake: Mark, do you have a couple minutes so we can have our end of the year meeting?
Richt: Let me get back to you, been very busy. Just got back from my nationwide search for a DC, been out recruiting, I'll give you a call next week.

Fake James is in charge of the complete Athletic Department.

Football - Need I say anything, he is nothing but a puppet.
Basketball - record is 7-4 and they haven't even started playing ACC games.
Baseball - Fails to make it to the NCAA tournament 2 years in a row.
Woman's Basketball team not doing bad.

THIS GUY IS A JOKE AND THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS.

We should compile a list of real positives and negatives to convince this BOT that he is or isn't incompetent.
If theres a list already done I Apologize but I haven't come across one on this site.
