He should be fired solely on the fact he extended 2 corches prematurely. All of these extensions are leading to us having to pay big buyouts after we fire. This will lead to cheap hires because you can't afford to pay big money for a good HC with all these buyouts you have to pay.

When your hiring a fired HC or Mid Major HC your suppose to have the leverage. Instead we let corches finesse us into more commitment/money just because of A 9 or 10 win season. This isn't Kansas.. Kansas extends their HC because of a 9/10 win season, not us. We have 5 championships.. we're suppose to extend a coach because he is putting us in the playoffs a couple of times while dominating the division/conference. Ohio State or Alabama would be looking at HC candidates if you went 10-3 (The way we did) because they have standards.
