Apparently Alabama is the only school in the country where a home loss doesn't matter at all. Totally excused. They have won as many national titles in the past 40 years with a home defeat as the rest of the country combined, and now they are attempting to do it again. As far as I can remember, only Oklahoma (1975), LSU (2007) and Florida (2008) won the title semi recently with a defeat on their home field. Yet Alabama has already pulled off the slight of hand 3 times in the same time frame. They lost by double digits at home to USC in 1978 yet somehow split the title with USC, each with one defeat. Alabama was similarly excused a home loss in 2 of the 3 titles under Saban.

The Canes never got a sniff of the title after a home defeat.

They have some regular hill billy chick that was losing her ish when Auburn had lost earlier in the season. She even went as far as to making her husband sleep outside (or something like that). He caters to the hillbilly inbred fan base, but yeah, we're the worse fans you ever came across. No, Paul, we're the only fanbase that doesn't have a regular occurrence of inbreeding. Although, given the recent mentions of Kiffin and Cristobal as candidates for this job, I can't say the latter statement with 100% confidence.

I pay no attention to that troll. Tennessee is just as irrelevent as Miami over the last 15 years if not more so. So he cheers for a conference instead. Its really that simple.

Finebaum is phony Southerner. He is ****** and apparently that has washed away the fact that he was born in TN. If he was a true Southerner he would know that Southerners all live in the past. The whole football passion thing is a re-do of the War of Northern Aggression. He should know that. It is our true passion. Dude needs to work on his stuff. Plus who the **** is he to trash mouth our noles. They are ours trailer-park people. He has his own -- probably family members.

Anyone who calls his show should remind him that Montgomery was captured by the Yankees but Tallahassee never fell. Maybe if Bama had held out like us Floridians, the South might have won the war. See if that lights off his callers.

You all still don't get it. His act is to **** people off so that they tune in or call in. It gets people talking about him and the more buzz, positive or negative, the better. It's why if anyone ever wants to share a story they don't agree with, you should copy and paste with a link somewhere in the post. Just posting the link makes one click the link, thus increasing their web hits and helping them keep their job.

If nobody reacts to a person in print or television, they'll be unemployed shortly.
