No, 2025 Miami is like 1983 Miami. Team with one loss (2025 has 2) going against an undefeated team labeled as "unbeatable" and playing at Miami's home stadium. 1992 and 2002 neither team was playing in their home stadium. Alabama and OSU were both undefeated along with Miami.

Obviously they are a very good team that has mostly blown teams out all year. That said, I think alabama is a mediocre team at best, oregon completely self destructed, so that game is hard to judge, they should have lost to a mediocre penn state team (but they didn't, where we lost twice) and we looked better against an extremely talented OSU team.

But they should be the favorites and Miami needs no penalties and no dumb self destruction.

See this is why people think theyare cheating. Cig was just ignored and hixxen as an all time coaching genius?

They are blowing out teams with a 3% blue chip ratio? They were a two to four win team for years and turn juggernauggt overnight? They should be barely winning with that profile.

Whether cheating or not, they have gotten ahold of something latchkey. A true game changer. Something noone else has.

IMHO, the analogies break down because the national media still hasn't figured out how good our players are relative to the teams we compete against. They keep underestimating Beck and Fletcher. They consistently underestimate our DBs. Even Bain and Mesidor, whom they seem to have embraced, they questioned how big an impact they would have against TAMU and Taint.

Our OL is better than their DL
Our DL is better than their OL
Our RB is better than their LBs
Our LBs are better than their RB
Our QB+WRs is better than their DBs

I believe their only personnel advantages are their TEs. I believe their QB+WR combinations vs our DBs are a wash.

The real advantage they have against us is not personnel, it's execution. They've been executing flawlessly. We've been making stupid mental errors. If we fix those and play like we did vs Pitt or vs ND and Taint outside of the 3rd quarters of those games, we win. Because we are the better team.
