I am sure this a sports page and not English 113. Are we so sad as fans that we have to find joy being pompous on grammatical errors? Lets kept it about canes football on here.Man this a shzt era to be a canes fan.

They should be shaking about something. Football is a huge money making and enrollment generating activity thats a joke, sliding in academic rankings, angry fans and alum, loss of enthusiasm for the team and possibly even the school in general (in speaking with some um alum friends they really don't have a lot of pride in the school). It's a problem. Having a respectable team would help with all of that. It couldn't hurt! I'm starting to wonder if the school is just trying to wait out football fans to where they give up completely and admin don't even have to pretend to care anymore about it.

I chugged that ****. I think he made great adjustments at DC every second half of games. I think he lacked in the preparation department. So him at HC I had the expectation that his assistants would have the same capabilities. WRONG!!
 
Thank god posters on a fan site message board are calling out coaches, nothing would ever get done otherwise.


Next thing people will be on here criticizing officiating, *****ing about the starting Qb or complaining about conference bias. At least you guys are original.

Most of us defended Golden because we wanted him to be the guy. But he turned out to be a horrible hire that wouldn’t fire his BFF.

Last week was so embarrassing, literally mind boggling embarrassing, that I couldn't really even get mad.

Years ago, my mental state and weekend used to be determined (sure, I'm exaggerating a bit), whether at the game or not, on how the Canes game went.

Now, I think the novacaine effect is complete. I can live my life again on football Saturdays because I know I care MUCH MUCH MORE about UM football than anyone not wearing a uniform in Coral Gables...and even then, there are some players I question on that, but I have to blame the coaches and administration. I know they are going to cheap out, get by, and simply try to appease us grads and all fans only on the most basic minimal level.

Now, for those that are going to come at me with "the IPF shows their dedication"...Let it sink in that WE WERE LAST in P5 schools to get one. Not after Wake Forest and Vandy you say....no way?!?! They don't have the history of the Canes!!!!

Truly sickening. Sad and sobering thing is that I literally enjoy watching just about any college football game there is on TV - whether it be Thursday, Friday, Saturday it doesn't matter. Guess the games I am enjoying less and less by the season? Yep. Canes games. The product is so boring, uninspired, and rudimentary compared to today's elites. I have to consciously go numb and accept that we are what we are...
