Could have been the first series win in Tallahassee since 2016 if not for the choke job on Thursday
I don't know why ya'll are shocked that happened. Teams that CONSISTENTLY beat themselves will do just that. The University of Miami baseball program is a poorly managed, inefficient outfit that finds ways to lose games they should win. We see this every single time this team boots a routine ground ball, or refuses to take the bat off of their shoulder down 0-2 in a crucial situation.

Don Shula once said that the one thing he wouldn't tolerate is a team that beats itself, because that's what losers do. Guess what this team does? EXACTLY. Until the powers that be get serious about having a world class baseball program again, adjust your expectations accordingly. This team has no business playing elite teams, it's an exercise in futility. They can beat on trash and then crater when facing a team worth a crap.
