I hate that this is even an issue. But the staff must deal with them if they are gonna be there. Grown men interjecting themselves in these kids recruitments and making it more about themselves than the kid, its a dirty game but it must be played.

Knowing what you know about the relationships, community, etc., if you had one piece of advice to give the staff going into 2015, what would it be?
