This is really the first time I'm seeing what Kayaa's 5.5 40 looks like. The dude is a statue. Kayaa, Williams and Heaps are all statues.

Glad we have a legit competition. Starting to think Heaps is the smart choice to start and also let Kaaya play too.

Time will tell.

Love to see what these kool aid sippers say about some of these Kaaya throws....

**crosses arms and taps foot impatiently**

Straight forward report. Nothing to over analyze. Knowing Al to be very philosophical guy, he'll start Heaps because of theoretical belief that you'll have less chances for mistakes by an experienced guy. Confident the DL has been improved a lot and with the abundance of skilled DB's we should fare well. Offensively if we can protect the QB and establish a consistent running game by opening holes, especially in short yardage situations we should be an explosive offense.

heaps is the starter...close race you go with experience and keep kaaya in your back pocket in the event heaps sucks wind.

I agree, OL is the big if.

I'm still very high on kaaya. I want him to start but if he doesn't it's ok. If heaps sh*t the bed then he can come in and takeover

This is it. If we can't beat Louisville with a 5th year QB, a stable of NFL WRs, Duke and 4 years of defensive recruiting and scheme indoctrination, then we have no business pretending to be a major program. Let's bring Kaaya along slow and build his confidence. We're winning this game by 10+ and I am going to make a **** ton of money on Labor Day in the SLS Vegas.

Heaps starts, Williams will get an opportunity to beat him out when he is 100%, Kaaya redshirts unless Louisville is a disaster for Heaps.

As it should be IMO.

I have a hard time believing or thinking Kaaya should RS. He could well be named the starter. If he's that good already he needs to get some meaningful time this year bc next year he will be the guy.

In just wonder what a RS would do to his psyche. Going from a battle to start to Redshirting would be kind of disappointing IMO.
