named his top 5 today on 247.
UNC, Tenn, UGA, Aub, Miami.
says we lead. "They were my first offer. Their coaches remind me of mine. Funny guys. Since (Hurricanes cornerback commit Tyler) Byrd is going there and we live together basically. He's like a brother to me. That has a big advantage over every other school. Miami has a great facility. I've went there a lot and a lot. Every time I go there I fall in love more and more."

Dynamic Carlin Fils-aime has recruiters chasing
By: CORY MULL June 6, 2015
If the memory serves Naples head football coach Bill Kramer correctly, this story about his star running back, it was every six touches.
As a ninth-grader on the freshman team, Carlin Fils-aime had a tendency to score, on average, every sixth touch he was given with the football.
"He was super dynamic," Kramer said of the soon-to-be senior, a coveted national running back prospect still undecided on his future.
Three seasons later, the shine from Fils-aime's (pronounced Fils A-mee) talent still hasn't worn off, especially with recruiters.
The three-star back has narrowed his list down to five schools — Auburn, Georgia, Miami, North Carolina and Tennessee — although some may argue that anything can happen when schools like Alabama, Michigan and Ohio State are in the picture.
"He can do some incredible stuff in small spaces," Kramer added. "It's really remarkable and fun to watch him play. You hold your breath sometimes, because he can take it to the house on any play."
That he's been so hotly pursued is only slightly surprising, considering almost all of his junior season was wiped away from a high ankle sprain against Manatee in Week 3 of 2014.
"It left everyone with a really bad taste in their mouth," Kramer said. "We had a sense of urgency. And I have confidence that had he stayed healthy, we had a chance to win it all last year."
Fils-aime, who played three games, still left his junior year averaging 8.9 yards per carry on 232 yards and three touchdowns.
For his career, in fact, he's averaged that same rate over 125 carries on just 1,119 yards, a relatively small workload for such a talented running back. Consider that former Naples back Manny Morgan, now at Akron, finished with 4,546 rushing yards in three seasons.
But in metrics-land, you don't need volume to land a big deal. You only need rate-of-production.
That the Golden Eagles were still able to win 11 games, nine without the Haitian born Fils-aime, says a lot about the program itself.
Still, as he heads into his senior season, there's still little doubt Fils-aime remains a significant piece to their puzzle.
You need a guy like him to make plays, to brush off tackles, to sweep to the right or the left.
"We have landmarks for backs and specific places for them to go," Kramer said. "Sometimes visually, it looks counter-intuitive to ask them to run to those spots and trust us, but by the time they get there, it's hopefully going to be what it's supposed to be."
Early on, like a lot of young runners, Fils-aime always seemed destined to split out to the boundary lines, trusting his speed more than the design itself.
"For some kids, it's hard for them to get over that, because it's counter to what they know," Kramer said. "But for Carlin, he trusts in the plan."
What's set the 5-foot-11, 180-pound back from others, Kramer says, are his intangibles. He pass blocks better than most at his position.
"He's picked it up really quickly and he's a smart guy," Kramer said. "We throw out protection schemes, but he's technical about it and he understands the fit and leverage he needs."
He's also competitive, like most driven athletes.
"He has a million-dollar smile, but he gets heated and upset when he feels like he's not performing to the rate that he can," Kramer said. "He has high standards for himself. If you see him upset, he's not fussy about the guys around him, he's fussy about himself."
So there's little doubt whether Fils-aime will be successful again, only how much will come his way.
The back runs a 4.42-second 40-yard dash and possesses the type of breakaway speed that few athletes at his position have.
More interesting will be where he heads after high school. He's mentioned that he would like to study law in the future.
He came to the states at the age of 5, and was adopted by the family he lives with now at the age of 11. He picked up football late.
He barely watches the game on television as it is, this sport he conquers on a daily basis.
Then again, it's impossible for him to see what he's really accomplishing on the field.
That's left up to coaches like Kramer, and his memories.

Naples (Fla.) running back Carlin Fils-aime needed just one visit to Auburn before naming the Tigers his favorite. Fils-aime, ranked the No. 14 running back, arrived in Auburn early on Friday and stayed throughout the day. His parents accompanied him on his visit.
"It honestly was amazing," Filse-aime said. "I'd have to say Auburn is the favorite. I loved coming here."
We only need two backs so Homer and Rasul will be fine
Next year
Edwards Sr
Yearby Jr
Walton Soph
Homer Fr
Rasul Fr
Not sure what will happen with Gray but I don't see him getting much PT.
Following year Burns we are just fine at RB
you guys are sleeping on BENO from Killian kid is very good
Tried to tell folks about that place
The Auburn thing is confusing given his slant on the importance of academics. That may have taken a back seat, he did lose interest in Stanford.
Auburn is scary, and Tyler does like Muschamp. Bears watching.
