It's a rapist burning our schools flag. I don't care what he does, I already know I and most are a better man than him so who cares about what he does anymore.

It must have been a great confession for the State to offer PTI on a rape charge, especially considering the particular prosecutor's reputation.

He can burn 1000 UM flags. He was given a chance and he confessed to sexual assault. Now maybe he got off because of some technicality or because someone F'd up, but the fact of the matter is that we are on probation and just like an average citizen who is on prob, we have to stay out of trouble by any means. He knew that and so did JBlue. So thanks for the memories, but its time to move on. It was a selfish act on his part. He knew how much we were depending on him and he blew it.

am actually curious as to what happened with his case, he confessed to the crime but what actually happened after?

After taking usually long to decide whether to file charges, the State offered them PTI, which means that they have to go to some classes and then their charge is dropped.

Diversionary programs are very rarely offered for charges like rape. Diversionary programs are usually for first time drug offenders and things of that nature.
