Thought we were set for three years with an All World Linebacker Corp with these guys..Figs making it..Bond is getting ready for Preps....Does anyone know what happened to probably the best of the three-LOCKLEY? Preps? Otherwise?

Bond only has two years of eligibility anyways. Staff said lockley is starting out as a safety but he's goin prep
 
Bond is coming from a JUCO, so I doubt he goes to prep (not even sure if he can).. If he doesn't make it in, he most likely not be at THE U
 
Bond can't prep his only chance to qualify anywhere is to finish up his summer courses and enroll somewhere in August.. He's cutting it close but prospects do it all the time at jucos..

Wow, Lockley at safety? Too bad he probably won't qualify. He would have been a beast out there. I thought they were looking at him on O. hopefully he comes back after prep
 
Lockley is going to be a TE or LB.

No chance he plays saftey.

Bond is no big deal. Kid is a tweener.

Bond is the player most ready to play right away and need him at a very thin LB position. Hello Thurston Armbrister:ohlord:

^^^^This might be one of the dumbest things I've ever seen posted on here.

If Bond makes it in, he is probably our best pass rusher on our team day one and would be a huge upgrade for our defense this year.

IMO Bond will be asked to play more of a DE role than an OLB role, so him being a "tweener" doesn't bother me.

He has the strength, size and pass rushing ability to make a huge difference for our defense THIS YEAR!

Which I can't say for many of the true freshmen we have coming in mainly b/c they are not physically ready especially any DLinemen like AQM who will def need to gain weight.

So if Bond doesn't make it, IMO it will be a huge letdown and I will be quite upset.
