Field Position

To me, this is where the game is won or lost for us.

We are a better team with the home field advantage, but we’ve but ******* miserable at times with field position. Constantly putting pressure on our D and our freshman punter, exacerbating his issues.

With our turnover edge and struggles with offensive consistency, field position must be a wash at minimum.


Kick returns have been a ******* abomination and punt returns have been overly conservative.

Offense can help, but the special teams need to play the game of the season tonight.

You would think with some of the game breakers we have we could do a better job on KR may need to trust the blockers more,and Berrios is good and steady at PR just feel sometimes he doesn't need to call for the FC and offense has got to sustain some drives and stop the 3and outs at least to flip the field
