18 point lead at the half...


IMO so far this year we look so much better than years past including the tourny team a few years back.

Just got home, couldn't make the game tonight. I see the game is on TV. FGCU has cut the lead to 9...we haven't scored in the second half with about 15:30 left.
 
we came out cold and they came out hot. we will go on another run here shortly im sure. larkin seems to be our spark and when hes keyed up grant is making the open 3.
 
We finally scored in the second half for the first time...with 13:05 to go!

We're really struggling badly against the zone.

Just got back from the game. We are in big trouble if we don't learn how to attack a zone defense fast.

hit shots. we had open shots all night and couldnt knock them down in the 2nd half. we make shots zone opens up a little bit and we score way more points.


Its early, and we are winning. we might have lost that game to Rutgers under Corch Haith, who knows?
 
Ill take it. The fast start is promising, gonna need those against good teams. Just gotta keep working and improving every game. The next 5 games will tell us where were at. Hopefully we take at least 2 of them, but none will be easy because we are shorthanded right now.
 
good chance we would only lose a less than a handful of our OOC games with Reggie all year. He will just be getting back into the swing come acc tournament time.
