Fermaninator says get your Adidas Cane gear

Man ya'll are trippin, at least in the sneaker game Adidas are a must unless your just trying to have a collection of Jordan 3s or any other played out shoe.

LOL, who wear Adidas as a casual shoe?

Somebody who's willing to think outside the elaphant print box of Jordans. Adidas are clean, especially back in the day.

Before I comment, I would like to know more about the financials.

So maybe Dapper or someone else with knowledge can answer the following.

1. How much do we currently make with Nike?

2. How much of that is a base versus from a split?

3. What kind of split do we have currently (Nike gets X and we get Y)?

It's not all financials but I would love to know more about the financials.

This nukka said Adidas are a must!!! Bwahahahaha.

Who was the last Addidas team to win a NC?

This would be the nail in the coffin for this program.

Recruits want Nike!

This would prove even more that we really don't care about being competitive in sports here at Miami.

Huge for both Football and Basketball.

The top athletes in the world strive to be sponsored by Nike not ******* Addidas.

And you know with the people in charge of this program we most likely wouldn't even use that extra $3 Mill to buy out Golden, knowing them they might just use it to extend his contract.

You just don't drop Nike for Addidas, not for $5 Mill !

I hate listening to people ***** about the new uniforms and stuff but damnit if we switch to adidas that is bull ****. This program is complete ****, they don't pay attention to what the players think. They don't realize what effects recruits decisions, our coaches are all ****, our facilities are ****, and now our uniforms are going to be ****. No recruit wants to be sponsored by adidas unless you play soccer. They have ran this program so far away from the old U i seriously dont think I'm going to be a fan anymore. This will put it overboard for me

Before people complain about the recruits and that bullchit. We already out recruit all the teams we play (short FSU), it ain't the recruits.

If the greedy admin is going to suck the additional revenue to the hospital, then *** it keep Nike.

If the greedy admin will put that $3 Million back into the program (yearly) in salaries and improvements (like it should), then get that money.

Just looked at the list of adidas sponsored schools and there is not one elite team, nor one elite recruiting team. Miss st, Wisconsin, Nebraska, UCLA, thats about it. I seriously think this switch would kill recruiting

$3M MORE than what Nike is offering us would be an absolute monster deal, probably one of the biggest in college sports. Nike pays schools pretty cheap.

This year FSU got $4,400,000 from Nike, Alabama got $3,570,000 and Ohio State got $4,164,014.

On the flipside Adidas pays big, $8,200,000 to Michigan this year, $7,500,000 to UCLA, $6,375,000 to Kansas, $5,550,000 to Tennessee.

Auburn and Maryland are getting $4,300,000 from UA.
