6-7 with two of the worst losses in Canes history. Can't recruit against anyone when you get shut out by La Tech and lose to FIU. Still can't believe that corching performance. How is that even possible?

Recruiting is hard enough for Miami as it is. The losses make it much too easy to recruit against the Manny Hurricanes. He has zero credibility and can't game plan for sht. The program which was struggling, is now in shambles. The Manny Canes are barely a power 5 football team at this point.
Time for a clean break. James should not keep his job after his disastrous hiring decision of an unqualified corch. Manny "Culture" Diaz also doesn't deserve a 5th year with this team.
 
Blake needs to go. The way the intertwined OC and Chief decisions have been playing out show that he is incompetent. Papers are screaming it. Cut the man loose already.

  • Key donors
  • Playing Solitaire on his computer

He also isn't from a school that competed at an elite level in Athletics. Probably has no idea what elite Football should look like. This isn't a flame. Our program has been woeful compared to what it should be....and that's under his "leadership".

She is not the defacto AD because Blake asks her opinion anymore than I am the CEO of my company because the boss asks for me to manage projects and submit reports. She does not have the authority to sign and execute coaching contracts on behalf of the university. This is Blake's mess. He is the one who ultimately hired Richt and gave him full autonomy. He also is the moron who hired Manny without conducting any due diligence other than what he saw as a DC. I know, but the video... It's very empowering isn't it???

I'm sure his ability to garner donation money isn't going as well now that he doesn't have a hyped slogan to fall back on. We're a little over a month since the season ended and I've received two phone calls and numerous emails to renew. My answer will always be until Blake James, Diaz and Strawley are fired
 
Cmon guys.

It may make you feel good to think otherwise...BUT ...Blake is greatly enjoying himself and calmly resting while on vacation...without a care in the world

The only heat he feels now is when the Mediterranean sun is in his face .....or when he cooks marshmallows on the beach.

It’s like Vish said in his article (great read BTW). He says 6 wins is not acceptable, but we’ve won 6-7 game in the majority of seasons the last 12 years. Not only has it been allowed to become acceptable, it’s actually EXPECTED at this point. So for him to say he’s disappointed and then do nothing about it, is just the biggest bull**** ever.

After the latest failure, Blake literally cut and paste his message from last years failure. Even the AD is lethargic.
