I laughed at “BJ”BJ and Diaz are more worried about keeping power and being prideful than they are at trying to get this thing fixed and the program turned around for the better. Otherwise, they should look to do whatever they can to get this turned around even if it means losing power to an Exec football hire such as Highsmith. Both James and Diaz are cancers who hopefully won't be here after 2020.
They could just fire him, hire a very qualified AD with experience running a successful football program, and step out of his way....
But that's too easy

Good! Take really dramatic steps and make a big HC hire. If they can't get Mario, then think outside the box. Here's a name from left field, but certainly not the only who could get our ship righted - Bronco from UVA. Think about what he could do with our team.
Anyway, I hope this is true.
I'll respectfully disagree with you. What Bronco has done at UVA is incredible and if he had real talent to wield, I'd love to see what he could do with it. His team is tough, disciplined, smart and they don't beat themselves. Imagine if he brought that to the U.If picking another ACC coach (Dabo aside) I'd go with Cutcliffe over Bornco. I'd also rather roll the dice with Venables as HC over Bornco. I'm not impressed by UVA.
