Ferman reporting the money is now there to get Mario

I’d still take it over the guy who can’t beat FIU. Not sure what anyone here is bragging about with manny
Until all this good news translates into wins, none of this means anything. Remember when Shannon signed the so called #1 class after his dreadful first season? It matters little unless Manny can motivate and instil discipline.

For the record, I thought Highsmith would have been a good hire.

I hope manny kills it. Would love to come on here and say I was dead wrong. Want that so badly. But let’s see some games. Last year was worst thing I’ve seen from a Miami team. He looked lost

Blake had to call the vacuum guy from Breaking Bad to hide his ***. I wouldn't be surprised if he's a manager for a cinnabon in Nebraska
I had the worst Reuben sandwich in a Ramada Inn in Nebraska back in 1973. Never been back to Nebraska. What a God-forsaken state. Then had horrible storms and tornado threats all the way out. I don’t know what Scott Frost shows the guys on visits to get them to sign. Then they get there and find out Nebraska Coeds.com is not a required part of freshmans orientation for the football players and they have to hustle among the farmgirls just like everyone else.

I’m sure there is worse than running the airport Cinnabon’s in Nebraska but not much.

I’ve seen just as bad. Maybe JJ’s first year, 1984.

And then the Flutie game later that year. I wasn’t alive then, but my Dad told me about it. Must have been tough as a fan.
That was a tough year. Then we lost the bowl game to UCLA with another terrible defensive performance, Bernie left for the supplemental draft, and things looked really shaky.

I was in the stands and we were in total disbelief. Kept desperately looking for a flag in the backfield. nothing. The D that day was non existent throughout. It's. bad enough to have to witness it live, but having to rewatch on highlights from time to time is close to unbearable.

Lost in that game as a result of that play was Kosar's brilliance, he threw for 447 yds

How in the **** did that team beat UF and Auburn back to back to start the season, but then just collapse? Again, I wasn’t alive to watch so I’d be curious to hear your thoughts.
