Miami is not firing Manny and buying out Mario in year 1. Manny has another year and if he wins 8 games he will get the 3rd year

Not buying the just 1 year excuse.

They should fire manny because he has already had 4 years with the team and is a disaster as a head coach. Wouldn’t give him an opportunity to inflict further damage on the program.

His situation there is 10,000 times better than the situation at Miami, better resources, more money, high ranked recruits. What would make any of you think he would leave that?
