Where in the Dom Rep? Check for American Sports Bars. In Sto Domingo in the Hotel Jaragua there is "Very American Sports Bar". Call and ask if they actually broadcast American College Football games.

Facts someone on YT will stream it. You have to just type live and it will be there or that vipbox will have it for sure

If you can get FUBU they carry the ACC Network, they offer a free one week trial so you can cancel before you get billed. I watch all the games on FUBU.
