I prefer Applewhite after watching tape. @Lance Roffers got me started on it after pointing out that Applewhite calls and designs plays to attack specific defenses rather than calling plays from a package on 3rd downs.

This shouldn't necessarily be the case. If he leaves after 1-2 years, then that means his offense was successful and Miami was successful.
