Feb signing day

To preserve my sanity I basically stopped following recruiting completely since Thanksgiving. Whatever my thoughts on yesterday’s process, there’s always some hope with a new face in charge.

Can anyone give a list of guys we are still recruiting besides TS and Bogle?

We have 15 commits.. I'd guess another 10ish more

- Diaz will make sure we grab a QB IMO
- 0-1 RB
- 1-2 WR
- 1-2 OL
- 0-1 TE
- 0-1 DT
- 1-2 DE
- 0-1 LB
- 2-3 DB

Didnt Huner sign with TAMU? Quashon Fuller is still available.

We only have 9-10 counters left. No way we go above 10 more kids. We already have used 18 counters so far (assuming Hedley signs).

14 Early, Hedley, Kennedy, Martin, Clay James (long snapper). We had 27-28 counters available and I'm going to assume we signed 3 kids who will be enrolled in January (Payton, Martin, James) and count toward '18. We also have 76 as of today but we all know more will declare or transfer.

Give me 1 WR, 1 QB, 2 OL, 1 DT, 2 DE, 1 LB, 2 DB
 
If I was Manny, I'd pull Clay James into his office and let him know he won't get a ship until his 3rd year. Give that to a 3rd year walk-on as they don't use a counter and only count toward the "85 cap space". This gives us 1 more counter for '19/'20 kids.

Why on earth would you stop folllowing recruiting at that time? That’s when the staff would finally start recruiting some kids after leaving them on read all year. Lol
