I figured Feagles Sr would help his son straighten things out in the offseason and we would see a much improved version of Jr this year. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I was really rooting for him to get things fixed. When LSU was building its lead, bad punts by us created a ton of momentum for LSU and put our D repeatedly in a terrible spot. As other have mentioned, all soccer players at the U and some skill position players on the football team + Baxa should all try out as the punter. Randall Cunningham (former QB for the Philadelphia Eagles) could boom punts 50-60 yards fairly easily. We need a new punter pronto or we will lose 2-3 games this season for this reason alone. It was a HUGE factor against LSU. Just can't keep conceding field position that way & hope for miracle plays to make up for the deficiencies.

I’m all for letting a girl on the team - if she can hack it. Otherwise, it’d be pretty tough to find a scholarship soccer player... seeing as how we don’t have a men’s soccer team.

On the real though (and maybe I just missed your joke) there probably is a chick somewhere out there that could out-punt Feagles right now.

Like punting is our only problem.can't block,tackle,pass,catch etc.I say is cmr golden in disguise

I sure don't know that Kosi or JW are "all world." Because their high school tapes? If they can't displace the current train wreck I'm assuming it's because they're worse.

You have the yips for a few punts, or maybe at worst a game or two. When you suck for a full season and into a second season it's no longer the yips. It means you suck.
 
Man ***** all this. He would have chances to shank punts if our qb could throw the ball in the ocean...

But they may first want to see if the 4-11 HS kicker can make chip shot FGs before giving him anything else to do.

We got a kid at our local high school in SW FL whose started all 4 years as kicker/punter that is better than the pair.
 
This kid giving LSU 20-40 yards of field position on their first 4 drives set the tone to LSU scoring early and often. Kid can’t handle the pressure. It was clear last year it was Clear last night we have to make a change. It’s not ability the kid clearly just can’t handle the pressure.

How is it that our 3 position players who have all eyes on them seem to play so nervous? Feagles and baxa(how tre **** did we pick up a high school kicker who went 6/10 did no one think to question this?) look petrified when they are about to take the snap. And rosier has taken the personality of our coach and just doesn’t care.

Miami used to control the tempo and the atmosphere of the game now we have a bunch of guys controlling it whonclearly fear the big moment and it is so sad to watch.
 
you're telling me none of these big mean strong guys can kick the **** ball on our team? They can only catch and run?

Drop that down to the NAIA, where I played years ago. I started all four years and never saw a punter remotley as bad this guy. Heck our OLB punted and kicked for us - Richt would have died to have him last night.
