In 1988 Deon Sanders and his team were rated number one in all the preseason polls. Before the season they made a rap song, the Seminole Rap heavily featured Deon. The Orange Bowl didn't allow banners so I wrote on a sheet "Turn the Seminole Rap Into The FSU Blues. Before the game the TV folks wanted to borrow my sign, I said only if you have me and my friends in the video. That shot opened the JJ show. 9-3-1988 in the Orange Bowl we faced off and the final was 31 to ZERO. It was no contest, we flattened the number one team as if they were a High School team. It's great to be a Miami Hurricane!

2009. That’s when I first started to love the canes and it was my introduction to the rivalry. Wasn’t the glory days but that squad made me a fan for life.

No wrong answers but 2000 was the most satisfying for me considering the losses before that year and beating a great FSU team that let us know we were back.
Agree wholeheartedly.

I remember thinking after Najee scored the early TD that FSU was not the faster team. FSU was our measuring stick and after 5-6 straight losses (I think ‘94 was the last win before 2000), not only was the win satisfying but it let the world know the Canes are back.

Wide right 91 and 92 were battles between the 2 best teams in college football.

The 2009 Jacory Win in Tallahassee was my Junior year at FSU and also my 21st birthday weekend. Hard to top that even though the game meant very little in the grand scheme of things.

Every FSU win is worth savoring, but I'll never forget the sense of joy following the 2017 win. It felt like UM was never going to beat Jimbo Fisher, who became so unlikable and spent so many years clowning UM on the recruiting trail. IMO, Dalvin Cook is still the biggest recruiting loss to the losers up north.

While Langham's catch will always be the highlight of that game, Berrios showed balls of steel keeping the final drive alive on 3rd and 10 not once, but twice. Converting and getting out of bounds with 11 seconds left to setup the Langham TD was legendary.
