Ninja Assasin, came out in 2009.

It was a really good movie, didn't put it on my list but I def enjoyed it.
 
Back when it first came out The Exorcist was the scariest movie ever made but even today it ranks very high probably in the top five still.

Yeaaa that’s it. Just looked it up. All those you listed made me think about it but I couldn’t remember the name. That movie had a bunch of cool fight scenes.
