First 10 win and 11 win season in FAU history, a bowl win, and beat BoRtch by 45.

Lane Kiffin is a football God!!!!

Wouldn't be surpised if the NFL comes calling, Kiffin would work wonders with Luck. And even if that doesn't work out, He'd still be young enough to get a 4th act in College.

Absolutely! His time with the Oakland Raiders screams high level head corch.

LOL...Oakland was a dumpster fire, Kiffin didn't want Russell's fat@$$. I'm also surprised He didn't get the Oregon gig.

Won't surprise me, at all, when Oregon wants a do-over on this hire.

Kiffin did more, in 1 season at FAU, than Mario did in his entire tenure at FIU ...

Pretty dumb that they were they matched up against a 7 - 6 Akron team in their bowl game.

Agreed. FAU had proven themselves as a top level mid major and should have been matched up against either another top mid major or middle of the road P5 team. Blowout wins against MAC also-rans are pointless. How exciting would that game have been if they were matched up against a team like USF or even a team like Virginia Tech.

That said, it was the school's biggest game ever in their best season ever and they couldn't get 25,000 people to show up at their own stadium to watch it.
