FANS BACK IN STANDS

Reports are since Memorial Day, the virus has spiked again; just got a BR alert that two Texas players tested positive for COVID

The virus is going to continue to spread, new people testing positive isn't scary or the worst. What's going to change the tide of things is if people start to get careless as we attempt to return to "normal".

That is a wonderful story. And maybe, just maybe the reason the virus wasn’t transmitted is because everyone wore masks and kept their distance. I keep telling people to use some common sense and wear masks and stay away from crowded places with uncovered faces.
The virus isn’t spread by osmosis. If we wear masks and act intelligently we can dramatically reduce the likelihood of ending infected.
We shouldn’t have to be locked up nor should we act like things are normal. Just be reasonable and we we will survive this.

Y'all watch this closely because if this works we might be closer to having fans in stands than we think

Ain't happening this season. Country is already seeing a COVID spike from Memorial Day—and just wait to see where things are at around July 4th, a few weeks after all these protests.

2020 is a wash. We'll have football, but don't expect much a fan experience. Better get comfy in front of your TV.

Agree. Though I also think it likely reflects that the reality of the virus is different from how it was portrayed from Feb through April. This falls right along the lines of the change in tune recently re surface transmission, asymptomatic transmission, etc.

I'll be 100% fine myself if its football and no fans. But I think your conclusions above are way stronger than they should be.

Your point is spot on accurate.
I have no clue why 1LuvCane finds your point humorous.

Why even start a thread about the virus at this point? It devolves into this exact thread every time. Everyone just copying and pasting by now?

They're masochistic. Plus my jock boys can't get enough of tugging my nuts...

Whatever answer quenches your thirst for attention. I’ll let you chose.
I see no knowledge. Cool. Not everyone is culturally diverse...
