He can take that 'very unfair to Manny' **** and stuff it up his ***. It might be unfair to the other guys on the staff but Manny is getting PAID and will get waaaaay too much of a buyout. **** that... do a better job and you wont get hung out to dry. I have no sympathy for manny at all in this situation. If it were fair to Miami, manny wouldn't be getting a buyout.

Bullsh1t. Fallica is 100% correct to be doing this.

Zero excuse for Miami to not announce a new AD first thing this morning absolute latest.

Blake has been on thin ice for a while and in the end, it sounds like it's either Alonzo or Gino—not exactly strangers to the program or guys that needed to be heavily vetted.

Everything reeks of amateur hour when you see how quickly a USC got rid of Helton this fall and then tabbed Riley the day after the regular season ended. Even Florida fast-punted on Mullen and had Napier ready to go within days.

Internal nonsense inside the walls of Hecht, the search firm threatening to bounce if Jurich was a candidate, etc.—it's a perennial clown show at Miami, even when they supposedly have money and want to play ball.
 
-So it took UCF from Jan 22- Feb 2 to find quality AD (10 days) within days he hired Malzhan
-It took Tennessee 3 days to hire Danny White another great AD and within days Heupel
- Wake Forest hired John Currie while the sitting AD finished his tenure and he hired Bruce Weber within days

What is The u doing!

Julio Frenk is an unqualified president who lacks even the most basic leadership skills or qualifications necessary for the job.

The fact he’s had to delegate the major decision making with regards to the football program to his direct reports, including fat loser Rudy Fernandez speaks volumes about how Julio Frenk is in over his head.
