Miami sure has an interesting strategy here... "fire your AD and then do nothing for two weeks." I'm guessing/hoping there's stuff going on behind the scenes and they are closing in on an AD, but who knows. If they aren't, thats a bad sign... It's also very unfair to Manny, who could be out there in this job cycle seeking another job right now, if indeed the new AD wants to move on from him. But by the time this AD situation gets squared away, all these jobs could dry/fill up... And what coach in their right mind would take the Miami right now if it opens until an AD is hired? "Yes I'll take a job offered by a university administrator on the blind without ultimately knowing who I will be working with on a daily basis!!! Sign me up!!"

It's true. The approach looks bad right now... we basically half cleaned house (firing Blake James) but kept the guy (Manny) who controls the product on the football field. But we're also saying the new AD gets to decide Manny's fate lol. Should have just fully cleaned house when they fired Blake James.

Anyway, all of this can be cleaned up and the perception can change with an AD hiring and the firing of Manny.

He's not wrong, but he should still shut his fat mouth and wait to see how things play out. If you want to *****, pick up the ******* phone and give Frenk your thoughts in private.
Negative.. that doesn't work, the school ONLY cares about perception and won't even take his calls seriously.. bad media and toxic is ONLY thing they respond to, example herbstreit earlier getting the admin to realize they ******* suck for first time ever.. school is full on **** show with cronies trying to sabotage program to stay small time.. heck u might be a plant with that response, esptien/diaz we on your ***!

Fallica’s a hack. Any time I’ve watched him on Game Day I’ve been disappointed. I want to like him because he’s a Cane, but I find his takes so meh.

There's zero valid reason the AD "search" should still be ongoing unless you think they woke up two weeks ago and decided on a whim to fire Blake. Even then there has been plehty of time to name the replacement. The only reasons this continues are guaranteed to be deemed completely unacceptable and/or insane. We deserve to get continuously blasted publicly for obvious ineptitude and love of ****ing contests by old guard "power players" that have continually failed us.

We dont know what has already been decided/communicated PRIVATELY.

we don't even know if Manny been kept. they were gonna keep him, they'd announce it already esp as hes recruiting. its very clear that hes gone. the question is if Mario has agreed to terms behind the scenes (similar to Riley)
