Anyone know the D-tackle standing behind Huff with his jersey pulled up?

I know some of you like the nostalgia of the black cleats, but to me UM is back when the d-tackles wear cutoffs like Jerome Brown. A 300 pounder who can show off his abs is bad man. Back in the day the UM defensive players used to sport that look. Ray Lewis always had it. I’m confident the NCAA no longer allows cut off jerseys
