Cristobal said that this past week has been a discretionary week "to get their bodies back" in preparation for fall camp. He said “We’ve put their bodies through something pretty unique, a very different for them, very regimented, demanding offseason program.’’

“We’ve gotten some technology from the Department of Defense that has allowed us to train at a really high clip. Our nutritional side has taken another massive uptick. Sports psychology, mental health support, you name it, we’re getting after it."

Can't stress how important the huge off-field strides are, from the better workout facilities & training to the better nutrition & mental health support/psychology (underrated)... even something as simple as fully buying into the coaching staff like some have been talking about...this is gonna a look like a completely different team.

Of course there’s going to be several years to judge the Cristobal “administration“, but to me, this sounds like what a well run and highly professional program should be.

Focused, intense, well organized, professional, demanding, with latest technology, and with self-accountability, are all words that come to mind.

Already preparing for the Noles..

The nutrition part will have the biggest dividends... If everyone really has changed their diet towards being better athletes from the inside out it will really show as the season progresses.... Really excited for this coming season.... I'm trying to temper my expectations but I am happy for where I hope things are headed...
