My comment was geared toward rooting against the players. I don’t think many fans root against our players. Many will point out when they are ineffective (especially if the player was overhyped or people feel they were a bad take), but I don’t think they actively want players to suck. My comment was also geared toward the never Mario crowd who always find someone to blame for his failures vs holding the top of previous “staphs” accountable. They have and will throw the players under the bus.

Agree as well but it’s not really a surprise anymore, all their **** has been bet crazy since the spring. Win total, odds to make the playoffs etc. They’re a big time trendy pick right now. Definitely agree with you though Maye was super impressive last year when you consider how god awful that whole organization was.

I like Jaxson Dart a lot as a future young gunning QB, but they're not a complete enough team to make the playoffs this season.

Eagles, Commanders, Cowboys (if Dak is healthy), are all ahead of NYG.

Speaking of NFL, have you been seeing what's been going on with Minnesota's training camp?

JJ McCarthy out there summoning the spirit of 2013 Matt Schaub.

I wasn't even thinking of Dart. The Giants should have a top 10 defense this year and Russ can still game manage 10 wins. They play the last place schedule and I can see them finishing 2nd or 3rd in the division. NFC North will have 2 play off teams. NFC West will have 2 playoff teams. NFC East will have a shot at 2 or 3 playoff teams. And...

Ciara's husband is cooked, especially in Daboll's holier than thou Offense.

Their best shot is to start the rookie & let him take his lumps year 1.

There are still question marks in that Secondary, although the DLine/Pass rush looks to be improved.

But most importantly, you know what the Giants are really missing this year... A RB.

Ciara's husband is diabolical. Tracy was nice last year if he can stop fumbling he might be enough. Secondary definitely is a question mark but that OL is probably the biggest issue. If they get some improvement, I like their chances.
