Everyone needs to settle down. Yes, its hard to swallow the 2 losses the championship caliber D we have shown thus far but we just don't have a QB and an O line to get us to a playoff.
The only thing I will criticize Richt for at this point is his offensive scheme. Other than that, you all need to look the F around at all the other positive things he has done in less than 3 years. He has made himself his own enemy by doing so well at this point that people are expecting a Natty in year 3.

Obviously the defense because they only held the other team to 16 points, only forced 3 TOs and barely held their O under 250 total yards.

Pff rankings are hit or miss but as I’ve said you got to call plays that will actually put the offensive players in positions to succeed. Richts play calling certainly doesn’t do its line or qb for that matter any favors

Mark Richt gets the job at Miami and his highschool head coach gets hired at UM. He didn’t even bat an eye at Miami when all of this transpired

There is not a coach alive that would have had us in a position to win a championship by now. You are letting your emotions get the best of your reasoning my friend. Much closer, even an outside contender for this year, maybe. But no way the previous 2 years, just not enough time to bring in elite talent and quality depth.
