Even if Wisconsin chooses someone else...

It ultimately ends with us when we hire Butch instead of taking another schools coach. Am I right?

Lots of ADs will assume this because Golden projects such assuredness, and does it in a way that administrators can understand and relate to. He's like a VP of sales in a mid-size corporation, where most football coaches are much rougher-hewn guys.

Nobody wants our ******* sewer ooze. Mike Riley, Bo Pelini and Paul Chryst who all max out on the corch test are better hires. And everyone knows it.


I honesty wouldn't be surprised if HS coordinators started to go before Grohlden.
 
Not giving up hope until the dust settles in January. Gotta still believe someone can come in and blow away all these clouds.

I doubt that Pitt would be interested in Golden.
Pitt people hate Penn State intensely.
So for them to hire one of those folks, it would have to be for an elite coach.
Further, that school just beat Golden's squad.
No way that will fly with the Pitt folks.
Folks need to move on, already.
He is not going anywhere voluntarily.
 
Pitt got the Stache to resign(the year he won his conference), hired Graham and then Chryst(both moved up). They're way too competent to hire Grohlden.

and whether at pitt or nebraska their AD fires people quick. He hired Bo Pelini at Neb. maybe he hires him again.

Meanwhile, our sludge wasn't even invited to the corch party.
 
Al is going to get another shot at it next year ( wich pi33esme off) with his staff unchanged, just have to hope if he doesn't start #trendingup they will have the balls to fire his a33
