If guys are jumping to the NFL, it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Position coaches will always be replaceable. Just gotta replace them with another good coach and continue the cycle.

Unfortunately, when you have success, you are challenged by retaining coaches. Hopefully within the coaching Tree we can select a suitable replacement.
