ESPNs Defensive Back U TOP 10 (BCS and CFP era combined)

You should see their RB U ranking. They have us at 5 lol with LSU at 3 because of, "Jacob Hester and Kevin Faulk."
You should see the WR & LB list as well!!! We have AT LEAST 1 HOF at every position(except OL & maybe CB) yet they rank us like we’re some nobody program! It is a TRAGEDY how they BLATANTLY DISRESPECT OUR Canes!!!

Sean Taylor was on the path to being THE greatest DB ever. He was a man amongst boys even in the NFL. Coaches said he was the best player they had ever coached at any position.

Ed Reed - one of the top five S of all time (most think top 3). Surefire HOF.

Antrel Rolle was a first rounder and very physical for his position.

I don't just blindly bash ESPN but this list is genuinely basura! Well, at least it's cheaper to wipe your a@@ with this article than TP these days!:)
I agreed about Reed. Still, ST makes us number one without anything else said. He was that much better than any of the chumps listed for those other schools.

LSU should definitely be number one. They have produced great defensive backs in recent years. I hat to do it but I moved Florida and FSU ahead of Bama. Here are my full rankings:
1. LSU
2. Ohio State
3.Flordia
4. FSU
5. Bama
6. Miami

Yes, Miami produced Ed Reed, Antrel Role and Sean Taylor. But we haven't produced an elite defensive back in a while. Also, I think ESPN said that this list was in the bcs/cfp area (1998-present_

it was just on espncfb Instagram page... my list i believe is more accurate.

I have FSU top 2 bc aside from Myron Rolle who was a bust, they’ve had a lot of elite DB talent from the BCS and current CFP era that’s not listed and as a group I think they are slightly above LSU.

Ohio States overall group during that time period is overrated completely. Shouldn’t be in the top 5.

1. Miami
2. FSU
3. LSU
4. Florida
5. Bama
6. USCw
7. Ohio St
8. VaTech
9. Texas
10. Oklahoma??
LSU, Flordia and OSU should be in the top three. I have FSU at four. And then its a toss up with Miami and Bama at five
