From what I have seen, Mateer would be there mid-1st round in very preliminary mocks even before this injury. I think the NFL consensus, right or wrong, is that Sellers, Mendoza, and Nussmeier go before him. And Arch Manning, too, if he is to declare, despite his season so far.
