ESPN Kickoff Top Performers and Notes

I think Isiah McKenzies height is what is keeping UM from offering. Roscoe Parrish/Trindin Holliday types dont come around very often. Roscoe earned the respect of every man, woman, and child after he bounced back from that Stanford Samuels hit. Someone asked in another thread whether you take Berrios or Isiah and I picked Isiah.

If we whiff on Jojo and Berrios, does anybody think they give McKenzie a call?

I dont see how that kid cant be recruited somewhere at miami. If Elder and Ray Lewis can, This kid can too...

I wont be surprised if he looks like the best kid on the field Friday, maybe behind Cook. Really looking forward to that matchup, want to see if AH got it in them

Other Notes
-There is a growing consensus that American Heritage 2015 CB Tarvarus McFadden will wind up at safety at the next level. Talking to some people close to the AH program as well as an opposing receiver, they believe it will be in his best interest to slide back. He has good hips, but covering smaller receivers is a concern with him.
McFadden was just named an early 5 star on Rivals. Pete, what is your take on this ranking (he's rated as a corner) in comparison to some of the other juniors in this class? Is he as good as say a Tyrek Cole from Miramar or Kevin Tolliver II (LSU commit) because those are the names I always hear about as the top corners. Also, what schools is he looking at early on? His head coach being Rumph can't hurt our chances but I must admit I don't know much about this kid.

McFadden isn't even the best CB on his team.

He's not really a Corner, he's a Safety. He's about 6'2", runs a 4.6 and doesn't have the greatest ball skills from what I hear.

Fellas we had 3 defensive coordinators within 2 weeks... 3 different head coaches.. And this was our first actual scrimmage. Devanta Davis #8 never played CB in a game but performed well. Anthony Wint #50 played RG and LB the whole game and still performed well. Not to mention 5 of our offensive players played defense throughout the game. Once again this is our first scrimmage.. On national television... Believe me we will be making a lot of noise in the toughest district in Florida. #BroncoPride
