Yeah, that's what I like about him. He brings in local guys to fill out his staff and he also happens to have hired 2 coordinators (Major and Orlando) that are top notch coordinators. Herman has shown he can be a solid coordinator, a solid HC and a solid assembler of staffs. Mario has shown NONE of that.
