Ermon Lane having second thoughts

He looked like such a soft, disinterested ***** in his game vs Heritage. I'm cool with him taking himself to Gainesville and ******* himself.

Guys under Golden will not be soft totally differnt culture. Want Ernon Lane at Miami with The Don running the show.

Did Lane realize he won't have a chance to catch many balls at UiF next year with Driskelol as his QB? And they have no one behind him. Lulz!

Didn't Lane say his commitment to UF was a "business decision?" If he watched that dusty-*** 1950's full house backfield offense and thought, "Oh yeah, working in that will have me showing out for allll the NFL scouts," I'm not sure he's smart enough to stay eligible at UM. Obviously he's going to get early PT, which is good. But it's going to be Driskel trying to get him the ball his first year, which uh, isn't ideal. If UF is this run heavy with a relatively experienced QB, what is it going to look like in Lane's sophomore year when they are breaking in a new QB? Might as well get used to blocking and putting up 60 ypg.

he might be trolling....but if there is one wr i want in this class its him....

He is a perfect fit to our offense......i dont think he fits what uf does all that much....he could step in from day one and do what Allen Hurns does....kids a big body wr with solid wheels and hands...i take that all day......and when he knows he doesnt have to play both ways his play will improve more....hate all you want because of him choosing the Gators but he can play...and i think we need more height in our wr core....because i see us getting Berrios, and maybe Dixon to inside guys imo to go with Brandon Powell.

Again, after that game, it is clear that if you are a good WR you NEVER EVER want to to go UF.

One reasons why Lane is choosing UF is because it most likely wont be Driskel at QB but Will Grier. Grier is under the impression that he will be competing for the starting job. Regardless if Lane doesn't come here then it's a bad move as far as styles are concerned on his part. Hope he improves on his downfield blocking

Put me in the category that is not concerned with losing ermon lane. He seems like a kid whose only goal in life is to make it to the NFL with the least amount of resistance.

Too many kids out there thinking that just playing in the SEC is all they need to do to make it to the league.

I'll forgive his slow *** if he decides to come to his senses.

Until then, **** him.

dont want him. i dont value star ratings over toughness, confidence and pride. if you dont believe you can lead your hometown team, and you want to jump to greener pastures then we dont need ya. glad you are getting an education, but dont get it here.

Playing opposite Coley he will do very nicely. Olsen is going to be surgeon type QB like Walsh. Lane, Berrios, Powell and Dixon will all do great here. Not only would he have to suffer with the swamp scum run offense but also any attempt to change will come painful. Oline have trouble being good at both run and pass. The gator line had trouble with both. Lane could help us, but he would help himself even more coming to THE U.

I mean he can think that, but I really really doubt it's going to be the case.

Football coaches are for the most part gutless and will take the "safe" option whenever they're given a choice. UF's defense is legit. They alone will keep UF in **** near every game. If Driskel plays just good enough not to lose and they end up in the SECCG and a BCS bowl game, there is no way that in '14 Muschamp will bench him for a true freshman. He might even think Grier gives them a better chance to win games, but as a HC you'll get a lot more slack for losing games if it's by a Senior who is in his third year starting, than if it's by a true freshman. Basically, most coaches believe it's better to lose by the book than it is to take risks when there are safer options available.

I would take Lane. But losing him doesn´ t hurt me. Dalvin Cook on the other hand....

Hahaha i think all wr are losing interest in uf. Travis rudolph did a interview on gator bait don't know what he said but uf posters are all saying bye and he is going to fsu they must not like what he said.
