Will Muschamp is scheduled to visit JC Jackson today, then watch Ermon Lane play tonight with a few other stops along the way. #Gators

If Will was smart he would make sure the ship has no holes in it. He knows now that the sanctions are behind us its open season on his a$$. Al is comin' for them all especially JC.

His coach says we are
Pete's 'The Work' says we aren't, and if we are, it's barely happening lol

His coach said Barrow/Coley were at his game and the other at his pep rally. I guess they must be playing catch with Dixon in the back yard, if thats barely.
How long ago was that? And maybe you are right that they are heavily recruiting him, I just personally hope we aren't, not a fan of the kid personally

2-3 weeks ago, the week before or the same week JC Jackson destroyed the 2015 gator commit. JHova said he saw Coley or Barrow qt the game.

2-3 weeks is a long time in recruiting, things change quickly and I believe Pete when he says that our coaches have moved on as of this week.

Now I'm not saying that we no longer keep in contact with Lane, just that he has slid down our board of priorities at WR.(Dixon and Rudolph and maybe even Brady are higher on our WR board IMO)

If Ermon Lane's "dream school" was ever really Miami, then he may have just turned his reality into a nightmare by not hopping on board. We are about to start dominating like the days that made Miami his "dream school" and he will regret it for the rest of his life.

Especially if he ends up at UF, b/c there is NO road to the NFL for a WR in UF's offense, and you have to either be blind not to see it, or just too stubborn and hard headed to admit you made a mistake by choosing UF.

Personally I would rather flip DB JC Jackson, RB Dalvin Cook, or DT Khairi Clark before flipping WR Ermon Lane.

UF can have CB/ATH Chris Lammons and SAFETY Quincy Wilson. (was never too high on these kids to begin with)

FWIW I really hope we are still recruiting him hard. We need WRs and he's a good one. Sure he has some red flags, and has, but kids change when they leave high school. I suppose that's up to our staff to determine though.

And we especially need taller receivers. Therefore, I'd love to flip Lane, but if Griffin makes it in and we work it out with Brady then we have filled that void. In that case, I'd much rather flip Cook and/or Sony. I'd take all 3 if they want in, we have no depth and all 3 are elite. Move Powell to another position, that kid is just a football player.

if Cook flipped, i'd rather move him to corner back over Brandon Powell

Ermon lane is the top wr on my board.

We should be all over him and I doubt the staff dropped pursuit...it likely heats up aftr season...I guarantee golden has an inhome with that kid.

Lane is diff from any wr currently in our core and verbals.

Tyrn, you cant possibly want to flip Khari Clark before Lane. LOL. That out of shape tub of lard is useless. Cant even dominate HS comp. Dont want him. The only person UF has that I would want over Lane is Cook.

I agree with PropJoe. We have to keep Lane on the radar. Im not buying that the staff has just moved on. The ONLY way I see that happening is if we get Dixon, Brady, AND Derrick Grffin comes in Jan. Then Lane is not really a necessity. In fact, I dont know if we even would have room esp if Brady qualifies. (Whch I know is a longshot)

I'll take JC Jackson over Lane. Freak athlete

While I respect the opinion and have heard he would be a great corner, no way I'd take a guy with his size AND playmaking ability away from RB. I'm not sure if Powell has the frame to be what Cook can at RB.

Powell as a DB or slot receiver is my move if we end up with those 3.

i'd rather have Powell at RB, he's just as electric as Dalvin Cook and fits in perfectly behind Duke Johnson.

Dalvin Cook just has the perfect size to be a playmaker at DB from day 1.

I just dont think you take Lane over any of the other receivers that would be left on the board after Johnnie Dixon commits, maybe David Njoku but he looks like a more physical mismatch then Ermon Lane.

JC reportedly will play DB at the next level.
