Question: Did #11 get held on Dukes' TD (2:39 mark on video)? Whoever was blocking him had his hands between the pads but was obviously "holding" his jersey. By rule, is that holding?

It's not a hold when engaged and hands inside the pads. That's a textbook block, if the hands were on the shoulders instantly a hold.
