This would be more exciting if Enos was a leftover from a previous staff rather than a "handpicked" hire by our current CEO.
But, it's surely better than the alternative (keeping Enos, who I don't think many could have imagined was as absurdly rigid as he was in 2019).

Dan Enos was one of if not the most sought after OC candidates last cycle. He clearly is an atrocious playcaller and scheme developer while being decent at QB development. No one could have predicted this colossal failure. Kudos to Manny and the BOT for stepping up because this parting was costly.

Not true

Enos tried to run a system that was terrible for our OL. Kyle Shanahan (making an extreme example) would never have used such a system and would have gotten the OL to play to their strengths.
