Hopefully he's not blinded to his side of the ball as well.At least Manny understands a change needed to be made.

And actually did something about it. Something the last 2 coaches were afraid to do.At least Manny understands a change needed to be made.
The new OC sell job isn't impossible, at least: "We have sucked so badly on offense for two consecutive years that, if you're legit, you'll look like offensive Jesus. Also, you'll be able to handpick your staff, like the last OC ****ed up doing. Worse case scenario, you look better. Best case scenario, we cruise the Miami River in Adidas Track Suits."Of course- who is going to want to come to the titanic.
Hopefully all of them. What assistant coaches on staff does Enos have a relationship with? Hope this means Barry at the very least is also gone.
Hickson and Field can stayHopefully all of them.
LOL. The OL's failures are on Enos and his OL coach hire. He should've learned after the second drive against FLA that hard playaction and slow developing runs were a death sentence and he never learned his lesson. Spread it out to empty the box. Throw tunnel screens. Throw bubbles. Anything to get it out of the QB's hands faster. If the OL doesnt improve significantly, it won't matter who the OC is and what system we employ.
Joe Brady me....
2 million offer for him right now
