4 games. Freshman QB. Freshman offensive linemen with one upperclassmen. How can our fanbase be this fvckin stupid with nonsense like this dumb poll? Give it a break. There’s clearly an agenda.

I don’t know if Diaz or Enos is good but I’m not overreacting off one game. Where the ****
Was everyone when we dropped 500 yards on UNC?
It isn't stupid and there is no agenda. I voted bad decision and not because Enos is a bad coordinator. I actually think Enos is a good coordinator that could be very good. The problem is that his scheme does not match up well with our strengths. I would refer you to the brilliant post by @Liberty City El titled "It's all about the X's and O's. In that post he explains why things won't change that much until we begin running the schemes that fit our personnel.

Would we be better if our offensive tackles were seniors and our QB more experienced? Yes of course but waiting for that to happen while in this current scheme is not the long term viable solution as the very nature of this scheme will only serve to prevent us from reaching what could be our full potential.

I swear yall are a bunch of idiot who overreact to literally everything.

Our Oline ******* sucks. Which was pretty much expected.

If he doesn’t get our QB out from under center for the rest of the year then he’s an absolute abomination

Too early to tell. He’s dramatically improved qb play and the passing game(obvious room for improvement there still). I’m just happy to be over 260 yards passing a game again. However there’s things that I don’t like that we have seen far too frequently in terms of formations. Cut some bad things out and he will be alright with me
Nailed it

Good as a QB coach
Underwhelming so far as an OC:
  • Red zone playcalling has been poor
  • Third down conversions way too low
  • Not using his best assets to his advantage
  • Needs to identify his best weapons & use them (hello....Lingard!!)
  • Wedded to his scheme instead of adapting to maximize the use of the athletes available to him (and there are great athletes available to him)
  • Is limited by poor play of the OL
  • Breaking in relatively young QB
If he can chew his QB out publicly for poor play (which he has), he should chew himself out for sequences like run, run, run in the red zone. We have tall WR & TEs. Throw to them in the red zone (like Clemson does). Not that hard.

Enos is too conservative. His conservative approach is actually increasing the degree of difficulty in terms of executing (because the defense knows that about 90% of the plays will be short throws, intermediate routes or runs so they can focus on a small area). Without the consistent threat of deep balls, the opponent can crowd a relatively small area making execution that much more difficult. Enos needs to spread his players out & let them operate in space. He should watch film of the Dennis Erickson era & learn how to let his athletes run free in space. It would maximize use of the speed available to him & make the offense more dynamic. Erickson had some faults but he won two MNCs & was an innovator. Enos could really learn from that.

Enos is garbage

First of all to claim enos is a good or bad hire you take a look at what he has to work with first.second thing is has the offense improved from last year .third thing is how many of these players are his recruits.some here have already passed judgement on a guy who wasn't here last year.fourth thing is fans here knew how bad things were on the offensive side long before enos got hired.and you expect him to have a high powered offense in one season.fans here need to be honest and face the facts this mess won't be fixed in one off-season no matter who the coach is.
