People underestimate the value of having a back up QB with this attitude and personality. You need someone like this in the locker room, and hopefully we have more than just him.

I'm certain Emory plays his role to perfection as a part of the Miami family. These guys will have relationships that last a lot longer than college. (biggest gripe about portal)

With virtually unlimited scholarships, no reason to cut him loose. An extra arm to help playmakers get work in is always useful. I just don't get how he forgets how to throw a forward pass in actual game action.
