Thanks for the response. You probably remember I've long predicted he'd end up using his skill set to be a star 3Tech DT (inside) in our defense. Probably since I watched him as a Junior. But, we'll see how his body develops, as he'll probably need to be around 285 to consistently crush it in that role. He's extremely young, so it's just a wait and see thing. Hardworking, focused players like him and families like yours are an asset to our program regardless of what happens on the field.
Rj mcintosh part 2 with maybe a higher ceiling is what Miami just got with elijah Roberts imo. Similar size and athletic background with them both playing basketball. I think Rj playing weight at Miami was no bigger than 285

No more basketball. He'll be 285 in 6 months. That's a big kid who looks like his body is anxious to grow.

I’ve been the vocal leader and driver of the Elijah bandwagon here ( minus moms). I sound like a broken record but I’ve been trying to tell mofos his weight gain will accelerate in months faster than actual years in HS. As you said “ no more basketball “. He’s in a big boy s&c /nutrition program for the first time , it won’t take long for him to be a monster.

As I’ve said he’s one of the most underrated players I’ve seen from down there , five star talent.

Need more players like this; Guys who don’t take a moment off. Guys from good parenting stalk that appreciates hard work. Guys who are team guys, with skills to match. Sounds like a leader, and if we can get a locker room full of 50% with Elijah’s mentality, we’ll be good again.

I see the same thing. He’s going to naturally pack on size rapidly. Combine that with elite strength and nutrition for the first time, and there’s a monster brewing in Coral T. Gables.

Thank you so much. I was skeptical in posting the picture here because I haven't been saved forever and I still know how to cuss. Wasn't sure if I had to deal with trolls and risk losing my religion!😂 I'll share what I can with y'all tho!
Fear not the trolls Mrs Roberts. There are many of us that will come to the rescue and we have resident troll executioners that will eliminate them in no time!

This is a recruit that we can not only be proud of, but that we can use to step up as a Leader, now and in the future.

His upbringing is fantastic, attitude is great, and work ethic is impeccable.

Terrific young man, and a throwback to what our Canes were, .....in....outworking and outplaying others.
It's called striving to be the best. Ed Reed is a good example.

You and your family will be a wonderful addition to our Cane family. Welcome aboard, and thanks for your posts.
